Sapları çıkartılmış 650 gr. olgun vişneyi 2 ayrı yerinden iğneleyerek tencereye koyunuz. 1 kilo su ve 1,5 kilo şeker ile birlikte orta ateşte pişiriniz. Birkaç taşım sonra vişneleri alıp, çekirdeklerini çıkarınız tekrar şuruba katarak soğuduktan sonra servis yapınız.
