1. Disconnect from internet.
2. Extract the main archive.
3. Extract all the zip files you get.
4. Extract the new rar split set you get and you should have the setup file and a file named I_LOVE_DVT; also extract the latter.
5. Install the application; you'd have to launch it at the end of the installation, so close it afterwards.
6. Double-click on the appropriate registration key according to your operating system and it will automatically add the registration info to registry.
7. Launch the application and let it activate (offline).
8. Block the application and all of its components from accessing the internet using a firewall.
